Our items are personalized and made-to-order, or delivered instantly as digital assets. Production for custom physical items begins immediately after your order is placed, and access to software or digital downloads is granted instantly.
No Change-of-Mind Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations
Because every physical item is custom-made specifically for you, and digital products are delivered immediately, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen, mistaken purchases, or any other reason.
By placing an order you acknowledge that the item is manufactured to your specifications or is an instant digital delivery, and the sale is final.
EU & UK Buyers – Right of Withdrawal Exemption
All products consist entirely of clearly personalised/custom goods or immediate digital content. Pursuant to Article 16(c) and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (EU Consumer Rights Directive) and equivalent UK consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal (“cooling-off period”) does not apply.
By completing your purchase you expressly agree that you waive this right because the items are made according to your personal specifications or performance of digital delivery begins instantly.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Our Mistake)
We stand behind our work 100%. If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if a software plugin has a verified functional defect preventing its use, we will fix it at no cost to you.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery or purchase with clear photos, descriptions, or technical details of the issue.
- For physical goods, we will replace the item free of charge, repair it, or issue a full refund. For digital items, we will provide technical support to resolve the error.
- Return shipping is covered by us for physical items. Digital software refunds are only evaluated if the product is proven non-functional and our support team cannot resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Undergarments, swimwear, software license keys, and any other hygiene-sensitive or instant-access digital items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
U.S. & Rest of World Buyers
There is no mandatory cooling-off period. For physical custom items, cancellations are only possible before production begins and only if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Digital software sales cannot be canceled or refunded once delivery is processed.
