Returns & Exchanges Policy

All items are personalised and made-to-order according to your chosen sizes, designs, and specifications. Production begins immediately after your order is placed.

No Change-of-Mind Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations

Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or any other reason once production has started (which begins immediately). This includes digital downloads and software plugin sales.

By placing an order you acknowledge that the item is manufactured to your specifications and the sale is final.

EU & UK Buyers – Right of Withdrawal Exemption

All products are clearly personalised/custom goods. Pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (EU Consumer Rights Directive) and equivalent UK consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal (“cooling-off period”) does not apply.

By completing your purchase you expressly agree that you waive this right because the items are made according to your personal specifications.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Our Mistake)

We stand behind our work 100%. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered (wrong design, wrong size due to our error, etc.), we will fix it at no cost to you.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description.
  • We will replace the item free of charge, repair it, or issue a full refund (including original shipping).
  • Return shipping will be covered by us – we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse you.

Non-Returnable Items

Undergarments, swimwear, and any other hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

U.S. & Rest of World Buyers

There is no mandatory cooling-off period. Cancellations are only possible before production begins and only if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
