We offer USA Shipping Only. Our store and underlying optimization services are designed strictly for visitors and customers located within the United States.
We collect information you explicitly provide (name, billing/shipping address, phone, email, and order details) along with automatic diagnostic data (IP address, device type, and operational cookies) to optimize site operations.
Who We Share With
We never sell your data. Payments are fully secure and routed via SSL encryption through major processors (Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce Payments); we do not handle or store full credit card numbers.
Data is passed strictly to necessary operations: fulfillment partners (including U.S. and AliExpress supply vendors) to deliver your goods, shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), and basic analytic parameters (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All Items Are Personalized, Made-to-Order, or Instant Digital Assets
Every physical piece is personalized with your chosen sizes, designs, and specifications, and production starts immediately. Digital products and software plugins are delivered and accessible instantly.
→ No Change-of-Mind Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations: Because physical items are custom-made specifically for you and digital products are delivered immediately, we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or mistaken purchases once an order is confirmed. This includes all digital downloads, software plugins, and license key sales.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind our work 100%! If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if a software plugin has a verified functional defect preventing its use, contact us within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
For physical goods: Provide clear photos and we’ll replace it or refund you completely — free of charge, including return shipping.
For digital items: We will provide dedicated technical support. Refunds are only evaluated if the software is proven non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the problem.
EU & UK Buyers – Right of Withdrawal
Because all items are personalised or instant digital content, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply (Article 16(c) & 16(m) EU Consumer Rights Directive & equivalent UK law). By placing your order you acknowledge this exemption.
