Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The policy below explains when and how items can be returned, how refunds are issued, and what costs (if any) the customer is responsible for. If you have questions, please contact us.

Return Period

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (less any return shipping or restocking fees where applicable). “Delivery” is the date shown by the carrier’s tracking information.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Personalized, made-to-order, or customized items are not eligible for return unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) are not returnable unless defective or shipped in error.
  • Items damaged by the customer beyond normal inspection are not returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at START RETURN
  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide a return address and instructions within up to 5 business days. Return address may be in the U.S. or abroad depending on product origin and supplier.
  3. Ship the item back using a reputable carrier and include the RA number and proof of purchase. Keep your shipment tracking info until the return is complete.
  4. We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the refund decision within 15 business days of receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless the return is due to a defect or our error (wrong item shipped), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • For domestic (U.S.) returns we will deduct the actual cost of return shipping from the refund unless you choose to pay for shipping and provide tracking.
  • For international returns (where applicable), the customer is responsible for international return shipping, customs, duties, and any handling fees.
  • If we provide a prepaid return label in error-resolution cases, we will issue instructions and cover the return shipping as stated in that communication.

Refunds

Refund Method: We will issue refunds using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase (for example, the original credit card, PayPal account, or store credit), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Amount: The refundable amount will be the purchase price paid by you minus any applicable return shipping costs, restocking fees (if disclosed), and any non-refundable charges. Refunds for sales tax will be processed in accordance with applicable tax rules.

Timing: Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the credit to your account.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. In such cases we will, at our option:

  • Provide a full refund including return shipping, or
  • Send a replacement (if available), or
  • Offer a partial refund or repair where appropriate.

We may request photographic evidence before authorizing a prepaid return label or replacement.

International / Non-U.S. Orders

If your order was shipped from outside the United States, we may instruct you to return the item to a non-U.S. address. In those cases, you are responsible for international return shipping, customs, duties, and handling charges unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

Restocking Fees & Partial Refunds

If an item is returned in a condition that requires additional processing or refurbishment, we reserve the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee (we will disclose the amount when we issue the RA). Partial refunds may be issued for items with missing parts or damage beyond normal inspection.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback with your payment provider before we complete the returns process, it may complicate or delay the resolution. We will cooperate with payment processors and provide documentation to support legitimate refunds or denials.

Legal Rights & State Laws

This policy does not affect rights you may have under applicable state or federal law. Certain U.S. states may provide additional consumer protections that override or supplement this policy. If state law grants you rights beyond this policy, those rights will apply.

We may modify this policy at any time; the “Last updated” date below indicates the current version. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
